Tour of Pyng's Operation - More Miscellaneous Questions 1. Management is planning on sales in situations where IV failures have occurred. However, they are aware that there is now more use of the device in emergency rooms. In some cases, FAST1 is the device of choice. 2. The new training Video/CD/DVD (I didn't ask about format.) is in process. 3. Management does not see being first to market as a big deal. If a competitor goes to market with an inferior product and this creates more awareness of intraosseous infusion, their perception is that this will help FAST1 when it goes to market. I have difficulty accepting that it will be easy to dislodge a competitor who gets to market first. Example: Pure Energy or Renewal rechargeable batteries, which most of you have probably never used, are, in my experience, far superior to competing brands. However, the company, Battery Technologies, is finding it almost impossible to penetrate the market. The company, as reflected in stock price, is in trouble. While this may be an extreme example, I want to be first to market. If we can't be first, I don't want a competitor developing relationships with many of our potential customers before you have our product available. 4. There appears little likelihood that there will be a takeover bid by Johnson and Johnson. I suspect that there may have been some approaches, but I don't believe Pyng is in play at the present time. I expect that the valuation of the company in a year or two would make the decision to sell now a negative for shareholders. 5. There are three or four others products awaitingdevelopment. However, they will wait until FAST1 goes to market. 6. The current staff has the expertise necessary to oversee the management of the volume production of FAST1. I don't see another production manager being hired. I have address directly or alluded to all the questions I received. Some answers may have been a little vague when one answer addressed several related questions. If you need clarification, I'll share the information that I do have. I'll share some personal perceptions and decisions and then address issues from recent posts later. Regards, Ed
