I vote no to ability to frequently trade .. we are trying to buy quality with anticipation of holding ..

but perhaps split the difference, for example (perhaps)

a) no more than 3 trades per year (other than "C)", below)
b) a transaction charge e.g., $5,000 (penalty) for trades - or trades over yearly limit.
c) $25,000 (new float money available) every three - six months (I think that is what you suggested)

further I would be willing to ante up (say $10/yr) to go into an annual "Fred C. Ensminger Buffettology Stock Picker's Trophy - awarded the month before the annual BRK meeting.
