I used to live in San Diego and now I'm in MN. I'm praying Rubio's decides to open a location here in the Twin Cities, we have nothing like it here so there's plenty of room for expansion in the midwest. I'd kill for one of those shrimp burrito's right now.

It will be interesting to see how this stock trades over the next year. Restaurant IPO's seem to be coming into vogue again now that the .com side seems to be getting too crowded.

Thanks for comments about Boston Chick and Rubios's....I'm very familiar with Boston Chicken.....Apparently, Boston was lending money to the area developers and using this interest to show "earnings"...even though the developers were losing money...this scheme fell apart abruptly......this is a unique case.

I live in San Diego...I have a good feeling about Rubio's and am glad to hear about their consistency among locations...I think there is a pent up demand and a demand to be created for mexican food of this type in many states.

I picked up some at 13 1/2-5/8.....how did you get the IPO?

good luck to all
