Funny, one year ago when NAVR was languishing in the $4 range, I kind of thought the same way. From $4 to $15 in one year.....oh yes, this is a very poor performer.

Zurdo notice that NAVR is on its weighted average for the past week+ and the MACD chart looks like a slight upturn. Navr has been all over the chart in the past and now it seems to be held. Dbcc was the same just before the pop.
