finally some real dissemination__GE Capital to Invest in Internet Phone Company, Web Site Says New York, May 21 (Bloomberg) -- GE Capital Corp., the financing arm of General Electric Co. and the world's largest non- bank finance company, will own 5.4 percent of Internet phone company Net2Phone Corp. after Net2Phone's initial stock offering, MarketWatch.com said. GE owns the NBC television network, which is affiliated with Snap Online, a World Wide Web site used as a gateway to other Web sites. Net2Phone already has distribution agreements with Web sites run by companies including Yahoo! Inc. and Netscape Communications Corp., MarketWatch.com said. On May 10, GE said it would merge the NBC television network's Internet assets with those of online direct marketer Xoom.com Inc. and CNET Inc.'s Snap.com, to create a new company, NBCi.
