Frank, you are correct, we need Mikey to do more PR. A couple of years ago it seemed like we were getting a daily dose of PR, positive press releases. We need some support here, maybe a an announcement about the Dell/IBM alliance expansion would be better than a sharp stick in the eye. Come on Mikey, little Robby (my son to be) wants his investment in your company to grow as it has in the past. He wants Dell to be the next Dell.

:o)

Frank, Re: Hewlett Packard just announced after the close yesterday that it is going to buy back 2 billion dollars of its own stock

Dell still has 250 Million shares left to repurchase under it's
buyback program. At $35/shr, that's about 9 billion dollars
of its own stock. Let's keep HP's puny announcement in
perspective.

I agree though, better PR is needed at the moment.

Frank, from a recent issue of Investor Online, it said that during the last quarter, Dell bought back approximately 18 million shares of its stock. No further info was given.
