in my view, unless the semis get out of being cyclical, or, cy
diversifies and gets into datacom in a big way, $36 seems kind of
high. cy's been acquiring/increasing market share in USB and clock
chips but these are low asp sectors. of course, they're still an
SRAM company.

i'm curious to know what you see in three years that'll take cy
that high .. unless you're hoping for another 1995.
