†...Hi Mike, and thanks for the warm greeting...† As for preaching to myself: The word of God will not return void. I am not a very religious person either. I am though, completely devoted to God and His most precious word. It is life to those who live by it. As to your question on the movie, "The Last Temptation of Christ". It is an abomination from beginning to end. My one sentence critique of this movie is summed up as follows: Scorsese scored in turning a lot of "goodfellas" into "Ranging Bulls". In saying that I was being kind. He directed "another gospel" . It was pure blasphmy! Scorsese and his good friend Al Pacino do real well playing the Devil's advocate" Mike you might be interested in the following where I did also mention this movie:techstocks.com You wrote concerning the coming of anti christ:I don't see satan showing up quite yet;-) But be prepared when he does. He will be disguised as an angel of light .! And most will not recognize him for who is! But will worship him instead for who they they think he is! Remember the warnings of Christ: Luke 21:8 8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them. Again Mike, thanks for stopping by. Your thoughts as to the return of Christ and end times are very much welcomed here on this thread if you care to post them. Have a blessed day Shalom...><> Btw You wrote;I don't consider myself a very religious person, at least not anymore, but I hope I still have some level of spirituality inside me. If you would care to be specific I would be glad to listen .....even in private if you prefer. If you don't want to discuss it at all, I would understand.
