Good morning Gary. I like to thank you for the time you spent on the phone with me last night. (Over one hour, I think). Also thank you to post again over here. At this point in time, I have no more comments to make, even when is a lot to talk about. I'm going to step aside, keep reading the thread, but not posting any more (by the time been), unless somebody attack me. I only hope Mr James Lu is acting in the best interest of the shareholders and the company itself. Overall by paying in advance for services not performed yet. Also let's hope we don't see any more S-8 in the near future. Once again Gary, thanks a lot. Like always you are giving us proof of your professionalism. Elio
