why the ex dividend date issue was never mentioned until this past week. Maybe it was because of the PR that said "GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE SHARES......" that threw everyone off. I must admit I took their word for it and didnt even bother to look into things until the discussion drifted to that of 25% stock distribution which in my book states......"any stock distribution that amounts to 25% OR more of the shares outstanding is subject to special handling....." This TNRG dividend being shares distribution of another company complicates things..... after all this confusion and accusations of incompetence I dont know how things will be worked out BUT damn it.... I bought in for the TIPS shares and other future distributions and would like to see how they do it. Its either TNRG just didnt know how to do this distribution or we have all been screwed by stinkin' crooks........ I wish you all the best, jem
