Singularly the most deceptive release I have ever read. The grant received was for last years program, they have just received the cheque for expenditures incurred last year. Pretty sad that a government grant justifies a press release at all. GJM the prospector (vendor of the Ungava groups)

("NVE") - Private Placement-Non-Brokered, Correction The VSE Notice dated May 25, 1999 should have stated: The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a Non-Brokered Private Placement announced February 3, 1999: Number of Shares: 400,000 shares Purchase Price: $0.38 per share Warrants: 400,000 non-transferable share purchase warrants to purchase 400,000 shares Warrant Exercise Price: $0.38 for a one year period $0.45 in the second year Placee: Katherine Drago (trustee for the Drago Family Trust) Finder's Fee: There is a finder's fee payable in the amount of 40,000 shares to Gary Benson. These securities have not yet been issued. The Company must issue a news release when the private placement closes.
