Here's PTEK's equity holdings in pre-ipo type companies: WebMD (12.1%), USA.net (10-12%), Vetical One (12-13%), Intellivoice (15%), & Webforia (5%) - All of these will not only add $millions & $millions of equity & book value to PTEK, but all will be lucrative outlets for PTEK's growing product lines. - At last count, PTEK will easily do $500 mill in revenue this year; is cash flow positive; and should move up nicely as earnings come in; and the ipo's are registered & begin trading
