What kind of odds are you offering?

Well, since the company has stated that it will file, and since the longs reiterate it with such conviction, you should give me the odds.
But no matter...

What are YOUR unreasonable rules?

Well, Kristi's original comment was:

..Maybe those well touted financials can destroy you little band of merry men??? I think I'll take that bet... how 'bout you... wanna take the bet??? #reply-9628181

Subsequently, she amended it to this:
Now, do you wanna take the simple bet that they WILL report on time as stated by them for the 2nd quarter or not???? Your call !!! #reply-9629284

Unfortunately, it appears that when she realized what she was committing herself to, she beat a hasty retreat.

But to keep it simple....

As the PABN has promised, it will submit financials by the close of the second quarter #reply-8179548. Therefore, PABN will submit a fully compliant Form 10SB with the SEC by June 30, 1998 in order to become a fully-reporting Section 12(g) company. It will appear on Edgar within 5 business days. Fully compliant is hereby defined as a Form containing all of the required elements - audited by a firm which has performed at least one other audit (my caveat) on a listed (not OTC-BB company) firm.

If PABN makes a reputable filing within deadline, you win. Otherwise, I do.

Pretty simple, and not unreasonable at all

If we agree, we'll discuss stakes.
