nice post on yahoo about tno and mmpt, which would be similar to idtc and ntop. now that shares apparently will not be spun off to shareholders, we must examine such relationships. (add the symbol mmpt in the right hand corner of the chart, and see how they track) investor.msn.com ferg, i just came home. let me by: mphan9 71314 of 71612 give you a good example of a parent company that is holding its stock price steadily is TNO after it IPO'ed MMPT, despite a quick pop right before the IPO. why? because TNO was fairly valued before the offspring's debut. i posted this before and thought everybody had read it. in that post i emphasized that it was premature to discuss what would happen to the value of IDTC after the IPO of N2P because there were no upgrades yet. now that some upgrades are out and IDTC is still looking undervalued then there should be no more question about it. messages.yahoo.com

C4T, Do you interpret this quote from GE Exec. in the article, as I do? "We tend to work with our sister operating businesses in the investments that we make." Is GE saying they will use IDT/NTOP as one of their long distance carriers, throughout the entire GE organization? If this is true, WHAT A WINDFALL for IDT/NTOP and us. Jules
