Not necessarily. That is only true if current shareholders get no equity position in the newly restructured company. Remember one thing! CIBC/Wood Gundy took over a ton of shares at over $Cnd.10 from Ray Loewen (which he had put up as collateral) and sold them to their clients. Won't they look great if these shares turn out to be worthless. They cannot afford to have this happen IMHO. Regards.
