The chart is quite confused on this but the list of the publicly traded participants is correct. << I have been told that some players don't participate in the followup areas? >> Let's call the followup areas Armberk,(as in Armstrong/Berkley), to distinguish them (these are actually 3 different plays) from the ELH. KOB and RLP do not participate in Armberk.
