OT RUSH. Actually Rush Limbaugh is a master at getting out news that is buried by the normal press. He analyzes the facts when other journalists merely parrot what someone involved has told them. And, he is rather careful about what he says; he often cautions callers to the program that the real facts aren't yet known and not to speculate too much. Limbaugh's reputation among those who don't actually listen to him is very undeserved. He is made out to be a hate monger; he is not. While he espouses a conservative philosophy, he is a realist and oftentimes more "moderate" than his callers. His predictions on what will happen politically, especially in Washington, are really uncanny. He also liberally uses satire on his program, and of course good satire can be very biting, it is also quite funny. The guy, for the most part, gets a bad rap. He has been a harsh critic for a long time on the Chinese relationship and the Clinton administration's laxity about nuclear and missile technology.
