This is where you can go directly. Following is the step by step process of each link. It will take you directly to the the 10SB. I have the Edgar Online Alert, which is suppose to alert me to any filings. It did not alert me to this filing. I usually get the alert about two weeks later. That means I will be most likely getting the aler sometime the following week. 1. sec.gov 2. Click on the quick forms alert. sec.gov 3. Enter MDU Communications on this page, then push enter. sec.gov 4.It will take you to this link. sec.gov 5.Clik on the MDU Communications link to the right and it will take you to the 10SB. sec.gov Bingo! Here is the link to the 10SB from Edgar. sec.gov It was also posted by SCOUSER a few days ago. As far as news...could be anything. IR said lots of news will be pouring out in near future. My guess would be that 2 of the many things in the works involve a deal with a major company which would be in cable/satelite/telecommunication industry (MDTV really has allot going for it gents). The 2nd biggie will probably be the announcement that they have secured the 4 million financing that we've already talked about. I see both of these as eminent. Next few weeks will be very exciting for our company. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the news because it could be any time this coming week. By the same token, I wouldn't worry if it is released on a Canadian holiday either, when the news comes, holiday or no holiday, I believe the market will like it. Even with Canadian holiday, it'll just give people more time to evaluate the company and what it's doing. IMNTBHO Zorba
