Everyone..it is important to understand the
mentality of one particular negative poster
here.

this particular individual has been with us
for years. his mentality is that FCM is a
scam and that anyone that posts postive thoughts
here regarding the company is more than likely
a promoter of the stock paid by FCM. furthermore,
we are all pump and dump artists, trying to lure
in "new blood". i have first hand PMs to back
up what i say here.

so what is my point? when you read any of TD's
posts here, take them with a grain of salt.
everything that he posts will be an effort to
prove his opinion that FCM is a big scam. facts
will not matter, innuendo is the biggest weapon.

so, try to ignore this individual and any confrontation
as it is fruitless. if you wish to respond, respond
with facts as i do.

Like the part about... i believe that a lot of
good things are happening behind the scenes and
will come out over the next few months....That's my hope also and why I'm still here. Would like 2go2 ASM but FTEL'S current cost-2-benefit ratio prevents me.

In response to your post and

>>>>>dont believe the negative BS here.<<<<<<<<<

Let's look at all the unimportant "FACTS" and negative BS. Starting with this post.

exchange2000.com

Is that negative BS ??????

Then this post.

exchange2000.com

Now I did not tell nor ask ftel.com to publish their press release on April 16, 1999 stating James Magruder has left to pursue other interests. Nor did I tell or ask ftel.com to include in their 10Q filed 4/29/99, that they should file a suit against James Magruder on April 5, 1999. ELEVEN DAYS "PRIOR" TO PUBLISHING THAT RELEASE THAT STATES HE LEFT TO PURSUE OTHER INTERESTS.

The filing of ftel.coms 10Q specifically states " A FORMER TERMINATED EMPLOYEE ".

Let's look at another "FACT" ( or negative BS ) from the recent PRE 14A of ftel.com's filed 5/17/99. Another unimportant ( negative BS )quote from that filing is below. Pay particular attention to the last sentence about " except that Forms 4 were not filed for sales of securities ".

>>>>>>>>>To the Company's knowledge, based solely on the Company's review of such reports or written representations from certain reporting persons that no Forms 5 were required to be filed by those persons, the Company believes that during the year ended December 31, 1998 filing requirements applicable to its officers, directors, and other persons subject to Section 16 of the Exchange Act were in
compliance, except that Forms 4 were not filed for sales of securities.<<<<<<<

Form 4: Statement of Changes in Beneficial Ownership

Perhaps you would like to explain the negative BS ( which is certainly not a " FACT "), regarding the recent filings by ftel.com of the S8s registering on 4/9/99 1,300,000 shares and the other on 1/26/99 registering an additional measley 4,954,000 shares.

Another in a long list of meaningless negative BS. That's an additional 6,254,000 shares registered. What are those shares for ???? A split ???? The CFO recently stated not to worry those shares will not hit the market all at once, isn't that correct ?? How much stock will be sold ???? How many options do "The Employees hold" ? Will the shareholders be aware when stock is being sold ?

More negative BS later.
