Your advice to me is good and was good to your friend. Everybody knows what they would do if they were in somebody else's shoes, right? :-) But if I were your friend (I mean I am, but if I were that particular individual) I would cash a portion and not look back -- maybe a third to a half. If it continues to go up great -- if not he won't have lost the bulk of the profit ... I will let you know how soon it comes about (God canceling my mortgage). Pray for my friend Greg -- who is out of work and the area he lives in has been impacted by some pretty large layoffs -- so there are a lot of folks out there looking in the same town as him.
