On your web page (http://www.heggenhougen.net/medix1.htm), after listing the things MDIX needs to do, you state:

"I do expect the above to happen in quick succession over the next 1-4 weeks. The effect of the combined events will most definitely drive the stock price towards that of comparable Internet companies and certainly above the $ 4.00 needed for a new listing on Nasdaq."

That was over four weeks ago.

Now you say:

"Nothing happens overnight - remember its only 1 year and 4 months since Medix bought Cymedix so lets give him a few more months."

Were you:

1) Misled by management?

2) Hyping the stock to improve your own position?

3) Pretending to know more than you really did.

4) Blowing smoke out your tailpipe?

BTW, what exactly is an "indirect investor"?
