Hey David, I will be #2 to post.

Couldn't agree more on your post. I have a feeling the MM's will be trying their best to shake this to cover their shares. Someone on the VTPI thread asked why one should hold after a big runnup and here is what I think:

1. Huge merger and a contract with a billion dollar company (AUD). I would imagine more to come shortly. The ground work has been laid and contracts (with real money) will be coming in.

2. I would assume a big short position. With the low float and the large accumulation that has occured over the past week, IMO, the MM's oversold this stock hoping to cover soon at a lower price. Well they didnt count on that HUGE news on Friday. Also, as I am understanding it, when VTPI changes over to IVOC, the MM's will have to actually ante up on all those share that it sold. That would put us in a short squeeze position and if everyone holds, the MM's will be forced to buy the shares at the market (the can have mine for 5-7 bucks). These short squeezes occur all the time. In most cases, the MM's are able to cover up by shaking everyone down and panic people into selling. Why they won't get it in this case brings me to number 3.

3. Just because you bought on Friday doesnt mean you will automatically get your free shares in CRI (which I am hearing is involved with Lockhead Martin). There will be a date set where the transfer agent does all the accounting for all the shareholders. If you don't own those shares at that time, well you will have to buy your CRI at the market like everyone else.

4. If anyone thinks it can't be done with penny stocks. Look at these companies: MRPS, EDIG, CMOZ. These all went from pennies to dollars in a real short time. These are companies that have moved on from hype and promises to actually "showing me the money" (although I am not sure if CMOZ has quite done that yet). Past history shows that the investment community will embrace these small companies that are proving that they are ready to move on to the next level. We have just that company here.

Okay, out of breath. Thanks David for starting up the new thread.

Good luck all.

The bird.
