Muchas Gracias PTR! For writing a superb recap covering the Grand Opening in Richmond. I realize this project took a lot of time and effort and is greatly appreciated. Sounds like everyone attended a considerable improved event on May 21st compared to the AGM last October 30th for the (Unregistered Shareholders). I (we) were all locked out … this included not being able to use the restroom accommodations. I noticed this time by your article that a trailer with amenities was brought in. My how things have gotten better! I enjoyed the sentence: Now I think that TTRIF should hire financing consultants to recommend ways to NOT screw existing shareholders. This particular rings true … since it's exactly what René is doing and has rendered this action since 1987! No representation by Kevin Simpson and fellow party members was second-rate and detrimental not to mention maddening. If I come across as sounding irate … I am. However, definitely not at you, just the circumstances involved. Myself and others included, felt a surge of optimism concerning the previous News Releases. Now once again, we are back to square one from retracted projections. Not a good feeling … I can't put into words the disappointment which is felt. Contemplating the future at present? I doubt if René will ever step down. "If" by chance Branconnier decides to turn over the reins, my dread is that it will be to someone of a puppet figure. An individual he can control from the background to his way of thinking. It has been brought to my attention more than once that Thermo Tech really has no intention of building TMP's. As time goes by and more New Releases turn sour … it makes a person wonder, to say the least. RB is certainly not hurting … that is a known fact. Yet his stockholders are, tremendously, at the hand of this rip-off enterprise. I agree that folks should do extensive due diligence before purchasing stock. I trusted my Broker and friend (still do) with the shielded knowledge that this Canadian Company called Thermo Tech was listed and traded on NASDAQ and should be safe. I did my DD and came up thinking I had a Gold Mine because it was Organic Waste Management that was going to save Mother Earth from being overcome with garbage. The only way to go with this stock was up … yeah right. Boy, was I wrong! Little did I know then, many moons ago, about René J. Branconnier and his antics. Though I could write you a book now. New Management I understand cannot be just anyone. Nevertheless, RB has been CEO TOO long and new blood is needed desperately in order for TTRIF to survive. A person can only ask if there is something left to salvage in order to succeed. Business? It's quite simple. It's other people's money. -- Alexandre Dumas And no one would know this better than Dear René………/ Regards, CAYMAN By: cayman_98 Reply To: 1139 by PTR Sunday, 23 May 1999 at 7:23 PM EDT RAGING BULL Post #1165 of 1165
