Got my letter from Stayhealthy.com today which states: Please be advised that we are in receipt of your Subscription Agreement.... we anticipate the shares will be mailed within two to three weeks....

I'll call ETrade on Monday and inquire. It's not uncommon at all for ETrade to be a bit behind in processing such matters so it doesn't surprise me at all. After all, remember that they were the ones who got me the proxy material on the actual day of the approval shareholder meeting! U.S. Stock Transfer is a very credible transfer agent so not the least bit worried about any delays in making the conversion. Will post when I get a response from ETrade. Offie
