Which is why they should be pricing these IPO's at $60, not $20.

Now if they issued more candy bars @ the getgo, would that make a difference??

Of course, and it would mean more $$$ for the company, which btw, is supposed to be the reason for the IPO. The underwriter gets a fee for his service, he's not supposed to be deciding who gets a 300% 1 day return.
