it must be sent to the webmistress, her email is webmistress@techstocks.com. maybe this is a start.

this stock sucks, the company has screwed the short term shareholders by not spinning off shares in the the ntop ipo to shareholders who purchased planning on holding this stock for the short term. instead management decided to ignore the stock holders who wanted to dump idtc for a quick profit after the ipo, and instead decided to be loyal to the long term holders of the stock and the long term health of idtc and ntop.

for those who want the stock to double every 3-6 weeks, this stock sucks. but those investors who want to invest in the market leader of the next internet technology, voip, idtc wants you. partial list of partners includes:

Softbank, Yahoo, Netscape, Geocities, Excite, Infospace, Real Networks, IBM, Broadcast.com, Packard Bell, Land's End, CommTouch, Creative Labs, World Pages, Andrea Electronics, 1-800 Flowers, France Telecom, Deutsche Telekom, Swisscom NA, Telefonica de Espana, Digitec 2000, Mars Corp (M&M), Wells Fargo.....

now that ntop will be spun-off why invest in idtc, the company sucks. for those who do and dd, you might be interested to discover idtc has built (and upgrading to ds3) network that is voip world wide.

or you might discover easysurf.com, or that idtc makes voip switches (cisco recently spent 1 billion to acquire this technology), or the fact idtc is the leader in prepaid phone cards (http://www.uniontelecard.com/).

nor the fact they also have other possible spinoffs such as the isp, which they are finally reviving.

what else sucks about this company is the name. idt corp. this is true, this should be changed, the name does get confused with other companies with a similar name, and idt means zero to most investors and people.

check the revs? they do not suck, nor the fact that idtc has positioned themselves to take advantage of the next internet wave, voip.

any one with a longer attention span for a stock than one month, would clearly find this stock undervalued at the current price of 26.

for those who hold, do not be surprised if one day idtc does do some sort of spinoff of ntop shares to shareholders, they clearly have shown they are not predictable.

idtc management did one of the best things for long term shareholders and insiders of idtc by not spinning off shares of ntop to short term shareholders.
