There isn't much hope for this Kosovo situation. Looks
like the end game is just going to be a long, costly
occupation of a land far, far away. There goes Bill
Clinton's "peace dividend". Kiss the surplus goodby.

Gotta love the Democratic Party, USA. A complete band
of schmucks. Just add smart weapons. Bomb Bubba bomb.
All we are saying is give cruise missiles a chance.
