Hey ztect: Thank you for your valiant attempts to return the thread to intelligent discourse. I think you are battling human nature, and it is an uphill fight. Good luck to us all...

Have you reviewed the e-Marketing section of the TSIG website? It appears to me that TSIG is planning on offering the "card concept" to other e-businesses as a solution to increase their web site traffic. I haven't heard this aspect of TSIGs b/p discussed on the thread, if it has, I missed it.

Below is an excerpt from the website:

"tsig.com eMarketing is an innovative, proprietary, revenue positive, direct marketing program that will revolutionize the way companies acquire online customers. Your customers will actually pay you to visit your web site. And you will be able to collect and aggregate invaluable data on your customers for future data mining activities. tsig.com will share its existing install base with you so that you have an instantly targetted audience to market to."

What do you think?

Tom

** "Zteck" ** Some Valid Questions ** Some Brief Answers **

1). How many CCI distributors were there? Where were they?

There is no concrete answer. I have been told around 300, but I can not substantiate. I have personally talked to 5 others and they are spread all over the United States.

2). How much did CCI distributors pay for their distributorships?

I am only aware of three different levels of distributorships.
This is what CCI offered when I bought mine in September of 1998.

Small: $7500.00.. No training assistance or leads from CCI. No guarantee of profits. Just product and sales material.
Mid-size: $19,500..Included one week of training, leads, product, sales material and a guarantee of income.
Large: $32,500..Same as mid-size except more product and larger guarantee of income.

3). I heard the number $30,000 somewhere for a MyMusic Card
distributorship. The MyMusicCard site contains this language ".. true. The MusicCard Company offers three levels of distributorships at three modest investment levels....(1) " What are these levels? (2) How much do they cost? (3) This is "upfront" money..correct?

TSIG is offering 3 distributorship levels... (1) Silver, Gold and Platinum. Silver being the smallest. The larger the distributorship, the larger the territory. (2) I am only aware of the cost of a Platinum level and that is $30,000. TSIG is giving around 1,000,000 population for a Platinum. I'm not familiar with what is offered with the others. (3) Yes

4). How many sales of cards did you previously have as a CCI dealer?

This is a rather personal question, but I believe your reason for asking is worthy of an answer. I began full swing of my CCI Dist. around the middle of September. After making numerous contacts over the next 2-4 weeks, I was able to sign 10 fund-raisers. It was very time consuming and took a lot of personal contact and a lot of re-visits. Some were as many as 500 card deals and as low as 50 card deals. Some were more successful than others. Elementary and Middle Schools do not perform as well as High Schools.Overall I sold around 2,000 cards.

5). (1) Were prior CCI deals based on a profit sharing model for fundraisers and charities? (2) Were prior CCI deals as potentially lucrative? (3) Did you get anything from reloads? (4) Do you get anything from reloads of TSIG cards?

(1) Yes (2) Yes and No. Distributors did not receive anything from reloads. (3) No (4) Yes. It varies. The fundraiser/charity gets $5.00, the distributor gets $2.00. The Distributor gets $5.00 on reloads from retail sales.

6). Do you have any anecdotal or actual knowledge of consequent sales
from prior sales of CCI music cards?

The only answer I care to give on this one is: Service from CCI was so poor and mismanaged that repeat sales were out of the question. That is why I have pushed so hard on the issue of quality service from TSIG. Without premium quality service, there will be no repeat business. TSIG, Distributors and ultimately the shareholders will all suffer. With it, we will all prosper well.

7). Would a fair definition of a distributor be a sales person working
on a commission basis? (In very simple terms).

Yes. You have to sell your wares to generate income. TSIG makes no guarantees of potential income. Very Smart on their part.

8). Did prior CCI distributors get rights to a certain market area based on certain performance levels?

The market area or territory was agreed upon prior to signing the contract. Performance levels were not a criteria.

TSIG has a good business plan in place. If executed properly, Distributors and shareholders alike will prosper. The Distributor Program has been long awaited; however, I am happy to say contracts are going out this coming week. I've been told there are around 30-35 applications being processed. That was several weeks ago, so there may be more now.

I know my answers were brief. If you or any other interested party would like to get more information, I suggest you call Richard Olson, V.P. over Products and Services, at 888-883-8744. I'm sure he would be glad to answer all your questions.

$30,000 seems a bit high for a distributorship to me. I hope they get 100 people to buy into it. It only costs about $200 to join AmWay. Jeff
