From Yahoo: Anyway, most of the DJ article is included in todays Globe and Mail, although it is not on thier website as yet. If you wish to read it you will have to pickup a paper. But the key lines quote unnamed debtholders as speculating that Loewen will seek chapter 11, in June prior to paying a 19 million dollar interest payment. Some debtholders suggest that this will likely be done then in order to treat all debtholders equally. They seem to confirm that Loewen has the money to make the interest payment, but will refrain from doing so. <i/> Here is the referance to the 20 mill that was asking about.
