Talk to Joel Klein about Vitamin prices globally.

If two companies volunteered to pay $750M in penalties, the real cost to the public was probably much more than an order of magnitude greater.

Check in with Arthur Levitt for the latest on front running by floor traders at the NYSE, insider trading, stock price manipulation, etc.

Clearly it would be naive for any individual investor to believe that Kumar's sole interest in issuing a report is to help others.

I concede that it would probably be going too far to suggest that several institutions got together to plot against Dell's share price. I wouldn't put it past them, but without some further evidence, there's nothing to support that kind of conjecture.

Ian.

Maybe I'm naive but I have a hard time believing in so called conspiracy theories.
