Why didn't you average down when you had the chance. I did. Btw, here is the link for stocks for stocks with rumors. Check it out for yourself. (I have seen this in three different places, so this isn't the only one.)

Take a closer look at the insider sales you keep bitching about.
I think you will find the two references are actually a single transaction. The guy owns 1.68 million shares and he sells a couple hundred thousand shares, big deal. Maybe you should spend less time bitching and more time studying your entry points.
