Robert may still in fact be correct. If negotiations are really taking place with a third party at the last moment, any one of about a million things could be delaying a mega-release. Don't forget this could be in the favour of those who have a position. It is possible that this deal is more substantial than original thought and is taking more time to work through.
I have NO contact, nor do I claim this is fact.......merely something to think about

I reluctantly sold my cybersurf at $3.5 as I did not like trading pattern. Had to lock in profits as I owed money. Feel there may be some volatility this week. Will be buying if she hits $1.75-$2.25 range.
