And we might see a release 12-18 months after that? That could put Williamette and Merced into 2002.

WHy?

Intel is whipping's AMD BUTT BADLY with their existing line up: $2 BILLION PROFIT for Intel and $128 MILLION LOSS for AMD !

Willamette and Merced will be ready in next year to make sure that the AMD monkey remains in its cage.
