Gregory, thanks for the clarification and the article. Very interesting. Dynamic changes are occurring, and they are coming on very quickly. One interesting side issue of all this is related to productivity. Its becoming clearer as to how all the technology changes are improving the nation's productivity, and how we can continue to grow the labor markets and yet keep inflation at bay.
