Continued rotation and stock picking for value plays and new growth stories. Some new Internet IPOs will continue to bound out of the gate like banshees. Under-valued cyclicals and ignored small-mid cap growth stocks will do well, IMO. But the market as a whole will have a much harder time making new highs.

I would also diversify 30% or more into overseas funds or individual stocks if you know enough about the markets to be a stock picker.

Glenn I think the broadband area is leading.. comm in general. I'm trying to learn about that space but pairgain might be a bargain.
