James Clinton Moon, won the "Wire to Wire" Daily Stock Picking Contest, on Friday with HNLY. As many of you know the stock was up an incredible 224%!!!

Can we top that pick on Monday? Can we top it one day this week?

Get you picks in before the opening bell on the "Wire to Wire" Thread. You do not need to own the stock to win the competition. The competition is open to stocks on any exchange that we can easily follow. Here is a URL for the thread:

Subject 28367

Please start your post on any pick you want in the contest as follows:

Day of the week you are picking the stock - SYMBOL - Your name, or alias - estimated float of the stock - The closing price from the previous trading session
.

I'm looking forward to another great week! I've been watching QTTK for a long time. It has been what I would call a good traing stock. If their technology works, as well as they say it does, then one day it will really breakout to the upside.

Thanks, Jeff

PatWrk, I want that program!!

From the PR-
"Quantum Technology's Proprietary NYSE Day Trading Technology in a nine month trading trial ended December 31, 1998, had cumulative performance returns of 2550%. During this same period the S&P Index increased 11%. This trading trial is a continuation of the Company's first extended live trading trial for Day Trading of NYSE equities, where Quantum reported cumulative performance results of 1213% for the six month period ending September 30, 1998, with results audited and attested to in accordance with stringent Level II examination under AIMR standards by the international accounting firm of KPMG LLP. This report can be viewed on Quantum's Website at qttk.com. "

"The initial NYSE six-month audited trial began on April 1, 1998 with an investment of $29,725 which, on September 30, 1998, had grown to $390,578. At the conclusion of the nine-month trial ending December 31, 1998, the investment had risen to $759,521, a total cumulative performance return of 2550%. "

This thing is in trial, correct? If these percentages are right, they could literally shut down the likes of Omega and some of these other goofballs. The hardest thing about daytrading is "picking" when to buy and sell. If you had some software that was specifically designed to just do that with daytraing and not big stocks, then it would be an amazing hit on the market. It would be sooo simple to market something like this and sell it. You could sit at home and get rich with ease...or so it seems!

Fundamentally speaking, the O/S and float look excellent. I also like the fact that they will be fully reporting in about 90-120 days.
Do you know any sort of numbers on them? I am just now starting to do some research on it...

What about financing? This is very important because of all the testing they are doing..But then again, if they just pool their money together and put it into the "initial" investment, then a few days later, they should have plenty of capital! LOL <grin>

These are the type of stocks that need Research Reports done. Because this provides a good central source of info. I am going to do some more DD, then I might call the company and see what I can do!

I'll put it on the Index for now...The low volume is weird. It should increase by the time we get to the 120 days.
