PatWrk, Welcome to the thread. We were just talking about you. . . The one thing that we try to do here is watch one another's backs. Forgive me if I am a bit crass in my response. I cannot advise you on how you should trade. Only a licensed investment advisor or broker can say "buy" or "sell". . . .all I can do is give you my own personal opinion on given situations. Where to begin. . .? ? You really snagged a boot. . or a tire or something.. .brother. .. First, before you GAMBLE another nickle, you need to go back and do some reading: The Basics. . . .Before You Buy an OTC Penny Stock:allstocks.com On Risky Plays:Message 8568745 Non-Reporting Companies:Message 7077071 Let me know your thoughts on these views. . . .then I'll find you some other things to read. Regarding QTTK. . .if you really do have 130k invested in this non-reporting OTC stock, then you would be silly not to jump on a jet and fly in for a surprise visit. They will LOVE that. [said sarcastically] Of course you might be surprised at what you find. Have you ever been to Malibu? There is almost no town there. . .just a few shops and restaurants. . otherwise miles and miles of beach and hills with expensive homes. . . . .certainly no commercial district. So where do you think your company headquarters might be located? A house maybe? A Mailboxes, etc. perhaps? I don't know. But I would look up the Mailboxes, Etc address there and compare it to the corporate mailing address. . .that might be eye-opening. Your company is a non-reporting one. . . 'nuff said. If you threw your money in down at .75 to 1.00, then you should have a great profit now to "invest" in a reputable large cap or mutual fund. I certainly hope you didn't get in closer to 4 7/8. Either way, by letting your more than 100K ride on such a stock, you are putting it at risk with a company that is not even reporting their financial information with the SEC. . .so they can make whatever claims they wish, with no fear of Federal prosecution. . . you would have to sue to make any claim against them. . . and the MO is that by the time it got to court, there would no longer be any assets left in the company or its owners. I know of companies that swear they filed financials with the SEC, but SEC can't seem to find them anywhere. . .and guess what? Years can pass before they get around to actually filing as required.Company estimates the filing will be completed within the next 90-120 days SIX MONTHS?????. . . HELLO???. . . .ARE YOU HEARING THIS???? GIVE ME A BREAK We are here to MAKE money with every stock we play. . .not GIVE it away to folks that are only interested in selling you shares, so that they can pay their bills and write their own paychecks. . . under the guise of a "corporation." I had better stop here, before I really get upset. Rande Is PS> You are welcome here, but you really need to read those links. . .
