Friday's Austin American Statesman:
"As part of a major new push into the huge consumer market, Dell is expected to launch a wide-ranging program this summer that would include shipping PC's to customers with no money up front and then providing them with Internet access through a co-branded Dell Web site.......Dell's affiliation with an Internet service provider, possibly PSINet, will give dell a revenue stream from monthly fees......

I have not followed DELL very closely - is there an annual pattern for share prices?

DELL seems to having problems right now - do you think this is temporary - some kind of growing pain - some industry competitive problem OR is it a sign of things to come?

DELL being less than 40, or even 45-50 seems somewhat surprising.
