I am not. If Sleu had continued the way it was going under J. Bennett... I truly believe that it would be worth around $46.00/share by the time it reached the 2 Millions Unique Users level and they had passed the 1 Million mark already. Prove me that the PP is not going to friends of management! IMO, the purpose of the deal is not only to get cheap shares at the expense of the shareholders, but also to control the voting. Actually, I'll call Monday to see if I can participate in the offering and I bet the answer will be: too late, it's closed! SEC still should investigate, if they find the time, and the more shareholders who have been damaged complain, the better. Even if shares traded at $9.00 when the deal was first conceived, it doesn't justify such a ridiculous discount. IMO, the terms of the PP are borderline fraudulent, even if apparently legal and that's why they wanted to keep it a secret. The best thing they can do to restore their credibility is cancel it! Watch the stock then... Sorry skyridge, while I admire and can relate to your efforts, in my books, this Company is irremediably tainted. BTW, by the sound of you, you appear to be an insider and/or compensated: is it the case? F. Goelo + + +
