Rande I don't know about loss record but I bought that PTEK on Fri to sell on Mon and I think you have it too and I am amazed what potential this has,,,,,I've been reading their thread and now will have to go back and read this thread because I remember seeing a lot of info was posted and scanned through it quickly, not really connecting with the brain... Glad it is the weekend so I can do a lot of reading... 5 possible Back Door IPOs to come...This is not a hype just an amazement......I like those Back Door IPOs..... One to watch is WCAP. They are IPOing JWEB this week,,, I think it is to late for anyone to buy now....But watch how it moves with the longs and shorts,,I'm out now and into NAVR which I think is spring loaded.. Any way, back to PTEK which I think is going to be a hold for now......Rande how do you feel about PTEK,,holding or selling... Banchee

Rande This would be difficult, as it is like "throwing a dart at a moving target" and timing is everything. My winner is someone else's loser. I have timed EDIG trades perfectly this last week (knock on wood) and you could call it a "winner" overall .15 to 2.90 in 30 days, unless you bought at 3.75. I still think the 3.75 buyer will be rewarded many times over with this stock, but if he was impatient and sold for loss, well u know the story. Overall I'd say your threads picks and DD are "killer stuff". Sorry I don't contribute more but I have a F/T job. Unless I have a few more weeks like this. Hi Rande, I'm in complete agreement with your statements, i.e. most pennies are bad news. Within them are a few gems, some of which have benefited me greatly. However your overall approach matches 75% of my investments and is definitely the way to go. I'm only part way though my exploration of the various general discussion threads and should have looked closer at your specific requests for this thread. There are others more conducive for exploration of the pros and cons of something unusual like qttk. As I read back through your thread I am quite impressed with the quality of dd. I am in the process of taking an early retirement and hope by fall to be able to contribute similar quality dd. Until then I'll try to keep up with reading of your HOME thread and have also bookmarked the FISHING thread to follow your reporting little guys. I also hope that I was not too cavalier in posting the amount of shares owned--just trying to give an honest picture of my position. I forget, sometimes, that I am very fortunate to be able to regard "that amount' as 'risk' money that represents a small % of my investments and certainly do not want to mislead others to risk their 'critical' funds on speculative plays.
