Bezo's plan was to get rich. Kleiner Perkins plan was to get rich. Mary Meeker's plan was to get rich.

They've all completed their plans with incredible success. Why do you even take the effort to examine the business plan? It is only a diversion, intended to keep the masses occupied while they quietly cash out tens of millions of dollars. Every few months people eventually figure out that Biz Plan #3 can never make a profit, so Covey and Bezos introuduce the new shiny Biz Plan #4 that absolutely, positively, will eventually make money some day. And so on, keeping the idiots distracted.

Glenn,

>> I am totally lost on their plan if they have one.

Apparently their plan is to operate distribution centers, and perhaps also the front end internet sites. Now if they acquire a trucking company, credit card processor, a bank, some farms for e-grocer, some drug companies and recording studios and sign up some authors, they can become an integrated e-commerce giant.
