Rande, When an OTC company says they've applied with the SEC to be a fully reporting company, does the "application" form show up on the edgars? How do you know if they really did apply or if they're just blowing smoke?

And if a legitimate company applies and is accepted (if that's how it works), can you go to the edgars and see some report indicating such?
