Hello Darren,

My knowledge of 55 Broad Street is considerable. It goes back to before.. during.. and after their renaissance several years ago, when management set out to provide Downtown Manhattan with a completely wired venue for doing business.

Somewhere upstream in this thread we covered their agenda in a somewhat peripheral way, if my memory is correct, during a discussion on building easements and shared access space in commercial building structures.

I'd be happy to answer any high-level questions you may have about the location and its management, provided that they don't compromise certain confidences. What would you like to know about them?

Regards, Frank Coluccio
