<< <-OT-> scott: BancBoston =lead underwriter of NETP, still good though.>>

Mohan: NETP could use any recommendation it can get -- even if it is a little biased <GG>...It's like Goldman putting out a "BUY" on DELL....Goldman does the lions share of DELL's investment banking transactions and rarely makes cautionary statements on DELL..!! I don't have a problem with it though.

IMO, NETP offers key enabling technology for the e-commerce movement. Lets see its valuation is well under $700 Million and they seem to have a clear path to profitability. Now we have eToys. In its first week public its worth nearly $7 Billion on paper. Who knows when they will hit profitability. They could receive competition from AMZN and recently Toys R Us announced a partnership with Benchmark Capital (the firm behind e-Bay, AOL, E-loan, Ariba, Rambus, etc..) for rolling out a HUGE e-commerce venture. How sustainable is eToys position in the market? Good question. I prefer the undervalued internut stocks....Actually, soon we may be able to put DELL in that category. We may have to get rid of the earnings though !!...Just kidding...On a price to sales or a price to earnings basis DELL compares VERY favorably to almost any of the new internuts...

Best Regards,

Scott
