Does anyone know of/recommend an online brokerage where one can trade before and after regular trading hours? Thank you.

The market is sellin off E*Trade in anticipation of outages due to the implimentation of the new investment site.

That's silly.....
...Have you ever heard of Triple-witch and options expirations?
...And perhaps market weakness (everyone else is selling off) due to
Greenspan's "negative bias" remarks on Tuesday?
...And pre-split selloff of those traders who bought the last few
days in anticipation (incorrectly) of a pre-split run?
