Let's do some more math:

If you extrapolate the nine month results, TVS is being valued at approximately 3.0 price-to-sales ratio. If you adjust for the Delphi SuperNet acquisition, and unfortunately we do not have any financial data yet, IDX is probably begin valued at 8.0-9.0 price-to-sales ratio. U.S. ISPs are being valued in a range of 7.0-13.0 price-to-sales.

The fact that both companies are actually making money is significant. None of the U.S. ISPs has been able to achieve any consistent profitability.
