I totally agree with you Starfish, it is sector rotation, NO news is coming. I have several small caps which have rocketed up more than 30%on Friday on NO news (e.g. NMSS)! I have already experienced this a few times in the last 6 years or so. It lasts one or two weeks during which small cap valuations tend to double or triple and then the momentum goes away. If I remember well it notably occurred in June 95 or 96 and November 97. In any case, be prepared to pull the trigger. In a few days you'll be able to reap the major part of your '99 return. Jerome
