I have been told by a somewhat reliable source that this company will be sold next week. My source has given me a few other leads that I never followed, but to my surprise they came true. For instance, a week ago, he accurately predicted the sudden rise. He is very sure there will be big news if not by Wednesday, before the end of the week. I am short this stock, but I may have to cover on Monday. If things go the way he sees it, the stock will hit $50.00 and a sell of the company will be announced Wednesday if nothing breaks in negotiations. Personally I see this stock going back to where it was, (about $5 -$7.00), but considering how accurate my source has been in the past about this company, I will reluctantly cover on Monday. My advice is to watch the volume between now and Wednesday and if nothing happens, cut your loses and move on. please, don't ask for the source of my info. All I can say is that he's in Atlanta where this company is based. Good luck ben Disclosure. Short, but will cover and short again if no news by Thursday morning.

I agree with you. We bought at 33 7/8 never mind 31. We research the companies business model including it's link with Healtheon & WebMD. ADAM provides content to these companies. We don't understand why ADAM got hit so hard on Thursday & Friday. I work on Wall Street and my colleagues tell me that traders and market makers are pushing it down so they can buy it on the cheap. I hope this means good news in the near future.
