<20% discount on Iridium prices isn't going to do it. >

Hi Maurice:

Assuming Ir regains some financial stability, so buyers are confident there will be a company to service their phone (a big assumption, I know,) than certain classes of customers will compete Ir & G*. For regional roamers, a 20% discount (or even less) might seem like a very good deal if G*s call quality and reliability are better than Ir's have been said to be. For the international globe trotter that wants instant global access, probably no discount is big enough to make him prefer G*, at least until G* gets a lot more GWs deployed. Of course G*s pricing will be compared to new Ir rates that are a likely to be a lot lower than those published up to now.

Best regards,

RS
