Handshake, these guys don't know what research is, and if you spoon fed them the facts they still would not be able to put it all together. Be thankful for Loser, Mindless Twit, Lola the Showgirl, and Fudge. There have to be losers in all games and these are the bottom feeders in the food chain. It's called the circle of life.

Now that statement says it all.
You mean those companies with half the market cap that must adhere to some standard of accounting?
Why become fully reporting ? Because the company must if it wants to remain on the Nasdaq BB...otherwise it is goodbye to the public markets for this company. Hey maybe there will be another dividend and all the stock will no longer be liquid.
